Our mission is to unlock the enormous potential of PV solar as a reliable and cost-efficient source of renewable energy, and to reduce the near-term cost of utility-scale solar electricity to grid parity. Our goal is to generate environmentally clean photovoltaic peak electricity for sale to investor-owned utilities, municipalities, water districts and other customers. We do this by developing utility-scale solar generating facilities anchored by long-term power purchase agreements or in enterprise relationships with end-users.

Our approach is to thoughtfully solve the key cost components of PV solar electricity generation: project finance, panel manufacturing and supply, intermittency inefficiencies, transmission costs and constraints. We create a blend of available solar generation technologies to meet the reliability requirements of modern utilities and the risk appetite of project financing entities. To enhance our reach, we partner with and create utility-scale California market entry for worldwide panel manufacturers, enabling progressive price reductions based on scalable and fully-financed market orders.

Our knowledge of electricity transmission drives our site selection, allowing us to reduce costs associated with constructing new, out-of-grid transmission. And we have forged enterprise partnerships with least-cost builder/operators of PV solar so that our forecasting models are based on real world experience.
