Our Team

CFO William L. Overholt is responsible for management of all corporate and project finance activities, mergers, acquisitions and risk management for Cleantech America, Inc.

Mr. Overholt has served the power industry since 1992. His experience includes the development and financing of natural gas and geothermal power projects worldwide. Prior to joining Cleantech America, he served as Vice President – Finance with Calpine Corp. where he completed several project financings in the U.S. and Mexico. He also managed the organization responsible for risk analysis in the western United States and Mexico. Previously, Mr. Overholt also served in various finance and development roles with Edison Mission Energy, Unocal Corp. and Atlantic Richfield Co.

He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California.
