Mack Torrence has multi-faceted finance and project development experience with leading Fortune 500 corporations operating globally in the oil, gas, and power sectors, ranging from waste-to-energy plants to natural gas and oil exploration facilities. His corporate experience includes roles as the Senior Vice President, Project Finance & Investments for Fluor Corp. and the SBU President and Chief Executive Officer with Combustion Engineering. Earlier, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mobil Land Development Co.

Mr. Torrence’s management responsibilities at Fluor included global Project Finance and Project Investments activity, serving as Chairman of the Company’s Corporate Investment Committee and as Vice President of its shared financial services. These shared services included accounting, project finance, investment and real estate services provided worldwide to Fluor’s operating and corporate groups.
