Enterprise Partner Tom Baker is the CEO of the California Construction Authority, which manages 74 fairgrounds throughout the state and is the acknowledged least-cost builder and operator of photovoltaic solar facilities in California.

A licensed electrical engineer, Mr. Baker manages a staff of some 40 professionals with experience in bidding, procurement, solar facility design, construction, operations and maintenance. Mr. Baker and his staff will provide the professional engineering resources to support the design, bid and build of Cleantech America’s announced solar farms, as well as equipment procurement and operation and maintenance.
