In addition to his duties at Cleantech America, Inc., Bob Welch is CEO of Coast Ventures, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in positioning companies for profitable growth and shareholder liquidity. He is a senior executive with over 30 years of general management and financial management experience including a successful track record as the CEO of several companies.

As a result of providing consulting services through Coast Ventures, Mr. Welch and two other principals founded Telegra Corp. in February 1996. It quickly became the leading world-wide supplier of IP based network test systems for the testing of facsimile systems and networks. In April 1999, Mr. Welch and his management team sold Telegra to Hewlett Packard/Agilent for a significant return on investment to all Telegra shareholders.

Mr. Welch is also active as VP, Investment Banking at Redwood Securities Group, specializing in Corporate Finance. In 2005, he was honored with an induction in the Lane Academy of the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University, where he holds a BSEE degree, "in recognition of his distinguished professional career and outstanding service to the University."
